Hi there , fresh from the oven,,,,ape lar ayng agaknyer fresh tu yer... itu hanya tinggal beberepa hari lagi jer for the big run..konon 42 km ler kan, tapi i masuk 10km jer...itu ler ni gah dok cbuk tgk...keje ada byk x..kalau byk kene lar stay back lagi..mmm
My training goes on but not as consistent as compared to the others, hehe maklum ler , my work sekarang is quite demanding ler...byk jugak paper yang urgent need my attention, but luckily i got an office gym, so that i can access at any point of time, gituss...so late in the evening run , but only 5 km jer...nak jugak lak...lebih..but time constraint lak.... sekarang ni for me to train or workout is an indulgence tau...well aku suka workout lak sekarang ni...hehehe addicted ke aku ni..or may be obsessed kot...wah mcm Beyonce... ke...nope ler...
The training goes like this every evening 5 km in less than 30 minutes on the treadmill 5 days a week if i could ler, then on the weekends , i will make an appoint to run opps.. maybe jog jer kot at Lake Titiwangsa in 2 complete non stop rounds. Sometimes i do couple it up with 2 sets of strenght exercise ...just to boost the figure. Ceh ...wahh.... Well it may not be enough to be another Fahrin ke, Jehan ke, but at least it's a start. Now come to last week of preparation..,i will continue on running as usual but may not be concentrating much on the strength exercise...yeah kan..maleh tul..nak wat , tapi result dia memang gempak..itu lah..mmm
On diet pulak, i just maintain my mimimal calorie intake, so that i x bina lebih lemak ler, entah ler tadi baru jer mkn farewell my ex boss, boleh tahan jugak i melantak but it was fun, chit chatting about our department...itu ini lar,..setiap hari aku akan makan pagi telur, nugget and kekadang tu ade fish tempura, potato chips ler with a piece of white bread makcik aku masak ler, tgh hari lak, i will take a peice of fried chicken+ one dish of vege + half palm size of white rice and mlm tu just milk jer...sbb i will be home quite late....so no heavy laden carbo food for me...... but in betwen i do some snacking ler..tapi cheq makan biskut with lipton tea kekadang overboard jugak ler,,tibai lak cakes sometimes cookies berlebihan hehehe, can't help it lar... tapi aku makan supplement food jugak dlm bentuk pil...25multivit with minerals..itu jer,,yang lain tu mahal sgt ler...isk better count fresh food je lar...
Before any running competition i will always get into jitters mood ehhe..plus overwhelming fear..especially looking at the well built and toned participants ..huuh takut seyyy kekadang i will felt that am i fit enough for this competition ke.... ????
Several of my colleagues and fellow school friends from Melawati will joint the race....wah kalau dok tgk depa nyer thread message in Facebook wow...semangat tul depa....that the way ahahah i like it...mmm itu bestnyer this kind of activities u get to know a lot of people tau...ye lar...i was never the popular type pun at school always the subvert ones..always looking a way to avoid crowd..inferiority complex...i guess that what they called for the type of behaviour...................
so mcm biasa life move on...i will keep on moving on...on ...on...on until i reached my goal in running a Marathon.. so ape lagi guys and girls see u on 28 tau..nak amik racing kits hari Jumaat ni,jumpa lagi yer.......Happy running
