10:10:30:30 Coming very soon...

ever heard of of the collision of dates, at first i do not realized it until i looked at our newly received company's calender...isk..wow..it really is, ...wondering what do i mean by it, well for a start next year i will be 30 and i was born on 30th day of the 10th month of the year , 30:10 vs 30:10...what a coincidence right...

talking about new year, new beginning kan...resolution ...azam ler kan..mm i don't believe making it as a routine- for me, but it actually a good way to keep track of your commitment towards something or part of your life, there a lot of things that if look back that were never planned to be completed this year, wow...my uncharted life has taken me to places and heights that thought impossible, for your info, i started this year with  very painful memories and stories, consumed with sadness and losing my self esteem. almost throwing myself down the drain...luckily i was save by a good Samaritan and turned around my life...enuf with the past kan...lets moves on...

mm so many things that are interesting to look up for ..although this year had been tough on me physically and emotionally albeit it is the most exciting phase of my life, race calendar pun dah leh thn penuh gak hehe, plus holiday trips, mm hopefully it will be an exciting new begining, ...memacam ler rumah baru pun lum masuk lagi, thought of making it the perfect bachelor's crib kan..plus my craving for having my own MTB , mm sodap jugak tur, looking at the price both may cost...need some really really tight arrangement...

hehe hopefully a greater success next year....

09 Race's Finale :Malakoff 12km , Kiara Equestrian Club

  melawatian runners

huhu i was contempt in joining this race, made last mintue decision to sign up when my friend said she is going to Pacesetter's office, hehe wow what a race it was and my finale for this year,

The route was tortorous there were just hills and steep slopes everywhere, macam mountaineerin pun ade gak, although it's only 12 km perrggg penat nyer macam lari naik gunung, ciss sabor ler....i had expected the route to this be torturing therefore i had set in my mind to just breeze through the run like my day to day training..though it did not had that many bukutbukit gampang as one of my friend used to said, hehe,

the race venue lack of parking space, cuwak jugak, mane ler nak letak kete aku ni, nasib baik gak ler its not the very canggih ones ler or else risau gak, finally parked on the slopes nearby the Security Commission's Office, mm biase ler aku ni pepagi kalau sebelum race ade jer miskal ler, message ler segala bagai, looked at line to the toilet perrggg mmm, susah tul nak tgk race or events with ample toilets such PBIM and SCSM,.....itu ler problem guerr ni...macam masalah negara jer when it comes to starting line, geram sgt kalau kurang minum nanti cepat haus, terlebih ni lka jadi nyer, dah pepagi tu sejuk lak...lagi bertambah ler keperitannya masa berlari huhhu....

Meet up with my fellow Melawatian runners, sume muke toye jer pepagi kene bangun berlari hehe, luckily i stayed nearby, so leh ler Subuh dulu, x ler rase bersalah ..ingat pesanan Kak Haza..and ade jugak anniversary runners , Uda, hehe keep on running Bro... This time they gave us the timing chip, tied up on running shoes, besar lak tur, rasenyer mcm Badge ade gak..heheh, the starting line was a bit narrow and with astounding number of runners, tahu je lar... we need to walk until we reached the start line arch,

The route tak payah ler nak citer lagi kan..bukit bukit ajer ..pastu lak tur.. kene wat 2nd lap...felt like crying pun ade jugak ler..i thought this would be a very fun run ler.. end up to be a very tortorous ones yer even to the minds, this time around i do not brought any powergel chehh berlagak power ke, nope , i wanted to test my endurance from taking this sport drinks, katanyer it will boost my endurance , hehe, did it works? in terms of averting muscle pains , abit ler, endurance, so so jer lar kot, anyway bought it at least i dont have to take solid food before the race... mmm ape lagi ek.. ahh water station dia ok ler, tapi sedikit lembab in pouring the water in the plastic cups, aku redah jer amik botol jer...dah lembab sgt.... aku dah ler haus...
when i started running, my pace was a little bit kelam kabut ler, so thought of using my friend,Loh, as my pacer, alih alih aku di tinggalkan lak sbb kene detour jap taking a leak isk, nasib baik ler ade port kalau tak pelari kemut ler aku jadinyer bak kata Nadia, huhuh..

the after race goodie bags were very very cheap, anyway a medal and rencah nasi goreng ???? but the after food choice was superb gak, ade mee mamak with tau fu far, roti jala with cendol, the cendol looks familiar rupenyer cendol melawati ler.... sat down by the kerb having my breakfast ;taufu far and mee mamak looking over the equestrian field watching horses running around wahh.. bery english country side ler konon... hehe

we had our extensive after run photoshoots then off to our normal routines...

What a race to end the 09 running calendar..huhhuh hurrraaahahahha

Final verdict : time 1 hr 7 mins, leaking problem still remain unsolved

To begin is half way finish, Hijrah 1431

in jive with the theme this year, some recaps on Sirah, hehe , hijrah yang bermula dengan Our Prophet SAW, accepting the calling from the Almighty to move to Madinah and recite there when time is right descend back to Makkah, as we all knows, Arabs are well known for the Asabiahans..thus making unification very much a utopia that time...good triumph over adversity, unification was done..through the teaching of Islam....

begitu ler kehidupan ini, setiap kesusahan itu akan ade ganjaran jika kita tabah menghadapi, mm what a year it was for me, why am i writing this today, is not the end of the year just yet, as for me my year started here, ceee wahh, a reminder to myself bile nak achieve that goal..mmm

My running adventure started this year....

it unfolded after my first run Towerthon at Menara KL in March 09, started as a challenge by trainer cum colleague Bro Ian, my running was only for my weight issues sahaja, in quest for staying lean and thin katanyer...hehe punyer ler tak tahu kan...keep on reading the racing rules over and over again ajer.... the mm habis jugak ekk...siap pakai racing tshirt lagi, hehe itu mase tu x tahu pun langsung pasal racing racing ni....hehe

my next attempt , was 10km run in Melawati, where i met my old schoolmates whom are an avid runners too, from then on running had been so infectious in everyforms ler..., from then on i went to, mm let me recaps kejap ek...

Bidor Half Marathon,10km
SCKLM ,10km
Siemens 10km Run
Seremban Half Marathon, 10km
Larian Bomba (skipped)
Men's Health (skipped)
Larian Anti Dadah, Putrajaya
Adidas King Of The Road,11 km
Ekiden Run, Putrajaya
Mizuno Wave Run,11km
Klava Relay 09
Penang Bridge International Marathon, 21km
SCSM,21km
Malakoff, 12km (upcoming, the last of 2009 road races)

my first trail run was MTM Circuit at Gunung Nuang (the first leg), again being a virgin in the trail running world , being so naive about trail running huh kene bwk water beg, what is that? i can always carry my bag pack then put in my water bottles, luckiliy Bro Ian to the rescue brought me an extra hydration backpack, heheh kalau tidak masak ler aku kat atas tu, met Cheramiche there, we ended the race together, the result entah ler no bape, at that time mase start ramai orang but in the end beberape ketul jer tinggal, huhu, to finish is to win, lets recap the races

MTM Gunung Nuang, Selangor
NSGC Tampin (had massive leg cramps and fall)
Sultan Ahmad Syah Bera Eco Challenge
Genting Trailblazer
MTM Gunung Bujang Melaka,Kampar
Salomon (skipped)
not forgetting GBS's trail runs series, seriuos fun involved

I used to lounge around doing nothing during weekends, now i had something to look for and trained for , a purpose to work and challenge myself, some of my friends may think i'm just nuts , nuts about keeping my spirit high, mentally tough and spurring positive vibes,mm can't see anything wrong with that, shared with my family now,..they like it, my ultimate goal is to become a triathlete, gtu kan.. hopefully one day i will be one...Satu Penhijrahan yang masih ku nanti

Geram....

Geram that is what im feeling right now about myself...what had happened to me lerr..i'm slowly losing the grip of doing my job nowadays, having less and less mood to work, ...baru jer kene marah dengan bos tadi, got my grammar all ...terabur all over the place..pergg pulak tu kene lak compared dengan new guy..tension lak aku...this is really not me at all....need to lift up and take that extra mile ...knowing my strenght, should i be ignoring my weakness ke?......nasib baik ler bos aku ni sabar hehe kalau tak dah memang kene fired ler aku ni.....bos aku ni baik tapi kekadang tu leh mendatang rase kemarahan yang tahap maksimus jugak can't blame him, he sees more than what i am seeing...different horizon kan...

dah ler tur GE 30k entah ler GE ke NB entahler mane satu ni? esok baru nak pergi Pacesetter 's office ni...to submit some registration forms ,kat mane pun aku x tahu ,alamat rasenyer macam rumah orang jer name Kenny..huh? katanyer lagi jauh lak tur...mmm hopefully i could do 30km by then..

Adidas Sundown = Marathon or 21 km jer?

That is what lingers in my mind now, nak pergi ke tidak, is not that? Should i be doing my first marathon by that time, hehe takut pun ade ni.. although it is in my plan to do full by 2010, gerun jugak ler...dah ler another 5 months away, ade my friends cakap dont do your first at night cause you body is not accustomed to night runs...mmm entah ler..mane satu ler..ni...early bird fees is expiring this Thursday,...should i or should not?

Recovery Run or Mood Recovery?

mmm this is what happened to me, after every run i tend to ditch out running for quite a few days kekadang tu, itu le nak wat recovery run bermacam macam dugaan ler, that twicth in the morning then i decided maybe i had not enough rest pulak, well what the heck, pagi tadi aku lari jer 5km...ituler kekadang it becomes a mood recovery instead of recovery run...well it will act as catalyst to your upcoming runs,..or else contemplating ajer lar in your head...
hehehe...i'm stuck with so many works now....tension pun ade dah ler ujung tahun...upcoming ade Malakoff so nak kene train jugak tur...got to get the grooves back..fast

GBS Trail Run 12 December 2009

Taken from Cheramiche blog's for those whom interested

Our next trail running session will be held @ Batu Dam trail @ Selayang (not Batu Dam in Jalan Ipoh ya). This serves as a bonus run for those who had ran the Salomon X-trail and to give the chance to those whom missed it (some of them were running on road @ Singapore) :P

Date : 12 December 2009

Time : Meet @ 7.30 am, Run starts @ 7.45 am sharp! :P

Meeting Place : *TBC

Suggested route : a loop around the dam (either start with the trail then tarmac or tarmac 1st, later trail) < ?

*I wasnt sure bout parking. Do u guys want to park near the dam entrance (start with ascending the dam) or the parking near the small park by the dam? (the 2nd gate). The latter has limited parking space but starts flat out. (as usual, i hate the 'running up' part) - TBC*

Length : About 9 km or so, 1 - 2 hours running, easy to moderate terrain.

Appreciate it for those who have experience riding/running this route to help during the session :) and as usual, i'll be your dearest sweeper :P (to make sure Diket didnt get lost) :P haha.. jgn marah bro!

Suggestion(s) still open until Friday! for any suggestion -please post it here at Cheramiche blogs

Note :
This session is organised by friends for friends, so you are welcome to join (being friendly is a must). The important thing is to enjoy the session and meet new faces (as well as to promote trail running as a part of healthy lifestyle). Your safety during each session is solely one's responsibility. By joining this session, one has agreed to do it willingly and aware of the risk, hazard, and danger of such sport, and not to blame anyone if anything happen during the session. Post SCSM09 (Updated)

Wow completed my second 21 km , i cant even believed it myself,... kind of bored in the bus, why not blog kan, it could be i'm not that too tired as i thought i am, could be, thanx to bro ian yg racun i to singapore and kak kash for sponsoring the bib, the run was fun n exciting, i never ventured outside, i guess the curiosity somehow made me stride harder to find what's next?

The scenery were mixed of concrete jungle n the seaside view, the weather was fine, gradually increased towards noon, i am surprised that i could actually completed the race within the qualifying time, this was very very last minute attempt, arrived in jb at 9pm then off to sgpore at 3am, the run start at 6.45 am, adoi x rest pun, luckily the bus was ok leh lar , tido ler kejap, gile punyer keje, no wonder my instinct is telling me that i will be in sgpore this weekend, met up with my fellow kaki runners n melawatian runners,

final verdict: time 2hr 7 min, leaking n muscle cramp remains unsolved

Official result : timing 2 hr 9 min and placing 837 out of 6000++ ( betul ke ni? ramai sungguh)

Here are some pics theme :lari lari Singapore

Pre SCSM 09

what ..i did not plan to enter this race, but then i dont know ler..it could be like what the cat had drag in ....i was told by Bro Ian that u wanted to do crazy stuff,,,i said well throw it to me then.. WT ...paused in silence,,,,i ditch this race because i just could not afford the trip to Singapore unlike my other running mates they had prepared very much earlier, i'm abit stucked due to my latest investment in buying a house, so i decided to go just local ler...redah..Kiara je lar...best jugak tur...Salomon lagi tur... pikir punya pikir,,,plus the devil advocate around me...pergi je lar.. 10 km kan,,i never ran in any other country ...ok jugak tur...

tapi tiba tiba dah jadi 21km pulak, Bro Ian told me that someone wanted to let go his bib for free, the SCSM fee is quite hefty jugak ek...maklum ler world class kan...heheh ..i did it in Penang could i done it in Singapore or i get lost in Orchard road instead...shopping...perggg...rase malu pulak nak jumpa geng-geng GBS yang lain, tetibe ade lak muka i sesat kat ctu..daj ler nama pun lain dari bib...heheh, anyway...the this will be my first visit to Singapore, my curremt fitness level..gulp wil it be ready for another 21 km,,,dah ler tur rest pun cukup ..heheh

ok ler....dah meraban raban ler i ni,, so what say u guys outhere....redah jer ke?

Me against hand driven sports..

"What you want to do, and what you can do, is limited only by what you can dream.”
1-Arm-Runner, 2009

The above quote was taken from 1-arm runner.blogspot, which is very inspiring, it somehow related to what im feeling right now...well it could be due to the fact that i yet again failed at mastering my squash skills...well ...im just sucks big time at that game. balik balik kene sayur ajer...shall i just put my racket down and stick to what i do best..mmm and suddenly arush of thoughts came into my mind , may be im just sucks at any sports using the extended features on your left and right body...the hands..tak bersyukur pulak rasanyer aku bile cakap macam tu pulak...having read what had happen to the guy above, it could be just me itself....

entahler tried bowling even beli bola lagi..pun sucks...hai fenat ler..dah practice berulang ulang kali...is it my mind that is controlling my hands or my emotions instead..mm confused..mane satu nak dengar kot?? i took up squash as a bid to divversify my workout regime, having running ajer pun bosan jugak..so i did managed to convince one of colleuge whom is an avid turn pro squash's player..Abg Zul, a couple of people turn up....from then on...i got fired up..wah seronok nyer squash ni...cehh..i was inspired whenever i passed the court on my way to the gym....now after few weeks from the first aquintance.... im feeling the pain of defeat after defeat....alamak..tetibe this thought came to me..may be im just sucks at sport that involve usage of the hand...entahler pengkau kot...

well my days of squash would be over ke....mmm having read that article on his achivement...well u should just redah ajer....

In The Spirit of Biggest Loser Asia ( Fat vs Lean)

why did i brought up this issues , am i a biggest loser too, it could be ler kot hehe, anyway..last Sunday me and my friends were chit chatting after breeze walking around a mall in klang, a day before we had our blood pressure checked at Caring Pharmacy and my reading was a little higher on the lower part 83 ...gulp....never hit that mark before and my overweight best friend is slightly lower than mine....which concludes that being overweight does not mean u not healthy kan...mmm then why do people want to lose weight lar kan...if they are healthy even though they are overweight mm... let it be lar......so x payah susah nak kuruskan badan katanyer...

they kept on teasing me ...hahahah kata lari tapi BP pun tinggi tgk macam dia sugar in blood 4 jer BP pun lebih kurang same...i guess he must be right...well.. having to endure a lot of painful memories of my relatives passed away either obese or overweight related diseases..gave me the creeps ler...

but for me i gain more than i loose, my self confidence, my health or else i'll be on BP medication by now, a lot of motivating new friends and fun fun fun,,,achieving something that thought impossible to do back then....as for me being overweight..well u may get away this time but slowly it will creeps in ..well why must u put yourself at risk..kan... one of the thing i learnt from being slightly lean (huhuu perasan)...is that whenever i do binge..i can shake the weight off...plus reaping the benifits of working out..hehehe

KLAVA 09 Back To Nature Relay (katanyer)

The run was actually held at Batu Dam resevoir not at Taman Metropolitan as said in the forms, punye ler jenuh mencari organiser x jumpa jumpa dalam taman tu, perrrggg... as usual i am the earliest among GBS, tul ke? i arrived at around 6.15 am, talk about early bird catch the worm, had a quick breakfast 2 set of toasted bread with bluberry jam spread, plus having to endure quite a bad gastric pain post raya melantak, i'm really not in a good shape, well this is only 3.5 km run, what the heck, redah ajer.... the day before i went to redah ajer 17 km at Lake Titiwangsa,

back to the race , the starting and registration tent was actually 1 km away from our parking spots, no wonder ler i tak jumpa, sampai sosat ler,....heheh, called the Grim Tri ( Bro Ian and Che) Otw dah pukul 7 ni, Che's car was in trouble, punctured tyre by an ice breaker stick???huh..how did that get on the road, it could be a murder weapon, ceh CSI ler pulak, ok nevermind i took the bibs and decided the i will be the first runner then Che and last will be Bro Ian ( he much faster than us, trainer kan,..) our number started with 20-01 (first runner) then continues to the third..x de lak 20-12 hehehe

The race was a little bit kelam kabut ler...maklum ler orang- orang veteran yang handle, no portable toilets were available, the ones at the park do not open till 8 am , apo ke jadah ler, well it is back to nature theme right, so another stream of back to nature ler...happening around the race area..huhu...i almost forgot to take my baton, there actually a baton, well...it seems that the organiser had foreseen that most the runners are subsequent runners from the same previous event held before,...well yeah..not us..mane lar tahu tetibe dia bagi ribbon jer..nak save ler katanyer

being the first runner, selalu harapan yang paling tinggi, i did ran all the way to starting line, my pace was terribble , i'm just out of air all the time, 3.5 km sprinting...mmm..not trained for that, the veterans were very strong indeed...they very much better than us..perrr malu ler pulak...heheh, they were couple of the usuall runner's faces around i.e. chap ayam, der pacemakers, heheh..

well it was a fun race, i did not give my all, just enjoying the view of the dam plus running with fav running buddies of GBS,

the price giving ceremony was so lengthy, it was held under the scorching morning sun, perrrg..could we just take our medal and leave, plus there are no foods after race, as for Che he is ok with that but for me..alamak lapar tahap cipan ni...nak tunggu dapat medak pun dah dekat sejam perrrggg...

overall the running was fun but the race ....ok ler, ..taking into consideration the limited amount of funds plus it was organised by the veterans kan...

I was poking around with Che, we were saying that next year Bro Ian could not be in our category anymore hehehe..dah jadi junior veteran ler dia....

Final Verdict : My time 18 minutes, our placing is 18 out of 35 ( i think)...

Post PBIM09 RUN (updated)

The day that i thought i could just be sitting at home, lounging n sipping tea, yet im up in the middle of the night, this time around me with my fellow runners, haiza, warie, tini, rashid, loh, hanis, mariana, anne n not forgetting our trusted entourage adrea, ayu n jr, hopefully they joint us one of these days, dah macam trip g jalan jalan pulak kan, bukannyer berlari huhuhu, sorry for the lack of info, cause im blogging in the car otw back to kl. The race was fantasticly well organised, kudos to the organiser they did learnt from series of terrible races-ample toilets, drinking stations, etc. The weather was fine all the way till finished, 21km started at 3.30 am, the crowd this time were huge very much more than the 42 huahuahua...may be next year will be my turn, took kak haza n kak kash advice on the need to be well hydrated n pacing, i managed to run all the way to the finish line, kudos to me, albeit my time was nothing to be proud of ...we all did finish before the qualifying time, fuhh kudos to all of us first time 21km runners huhu, final verdict: time 2 hr 22 min, no calories count

enjoy some of pics taken during before and after the run

Pre-PBIM 09

Thus far, i had not even run 22 km staright yet, gulp...could you believe that, yet...i'm going for 22km..this sunday, alamak...cuwak ler.., i can't seem to find the right stamina to push through the 10km, well for a start i not running out on the road, most of it are on the treadmill, i wish i could just proliferate it on the track but time had always being un kind with me..scarcity as i am in time thus making my training a little bit hay wire ler...10 km pun masih semput lagi dah ler tur...baru atas treadmill tau. I felt so undermine whenever they talk about marathon..kan like to joint them...may u should just be...

am i that ready yet for this upcoming Sunday, is my training suffice or should i add more miles to it,

GBS's Kiara Trail Run`

GBS with their signature pose on top of Penchala Link Tunnel
(Pic taken by our Official Camerarunner, Nik)

Fun and Filling, two words best to describes the kind of feeling running my my fellow GBSses, this is my first time running at Kiara Park, never knew that there is a park near KL that is surrounded by lush Jungle...maybe i did not explore much of KL parks , so consume to nearby ones only, i did not took any pictures, most of the fellow GBS were bloggers too , Abg Nik and Bro Ian are our official photgrapher, can't wait to see what turnload will be.

After subuh , i moved on to the park, kind of lost in the beginning, thought it could be another kiara entrance, well the word kiara could be another side mont kiara ka? desa kiara ka? sekali TTDI ler its entrance, found myself a parking spot, right infront of my fav place before any run ler, The toilet, rush in do my business, well i did at home, i guess not enough had been released, it must be yesterday dinner party, though it was fun but the food is quite bad....mmm talked about 5 star rating hotel...

after finishing my business, i thought of going to the venture park since i was there quite early, got all my gear ready : hydartion pack, my trusty trail shoes, genting trailblazer tshirt and my trusty kappa pants, looking at the reaction of the aunties and uncles at the park gazing at me, must be crazy runner ler ni,...heheh took a quick walk around the lake, i'm quite astonished with the park surroundings : the lake, the jungle, the small river flowing to lake..wow the landscape was well maintained and nicely done...the park had mixed of followings from old chap to the younglings and from trail runner up to MTB groups, and its all at the vicinity of the big old chap KL...

while walking around the lake, i bum into Abg Nik and Syah doing their warm up run..to tell u the truth... i felt rather lazy to run that day, i draged myself up so that i will had enough training for PIBM next week. Syah and Nik were so up with their run, so i decided to go back to the carpark and rush back to the toilet for a quick leak, why ler kan sometimes i just can't help it, too much or too little i drank the day before or it just me...met up with Bro Ian, Doris & Meng ( nice meeting you guys) , Kak kash, Shakil (nice meeting u too, confused name lebih kurang same) and Shuk(same to u too;nice to meet u)...did a little strecthing lead by Bro Ian plus some technical jargon about the strecthing principles....no wonder he is the personal trainer kan..per lar aku ni...and finally Che arrived (grand entrance ler tul mamat ni, anyway today and onwards GBS's trail runs will be lead by him plus wild gym prog .by CorporateAthletes.com, hurrah Che) and not forgetting Abg Shukri and his wife(which left early in the midst of the run).

Then off we gone to the trail, according to Che with the map, we will be running the Salomon's X trail route, the trail was wet and quite slippery thanx to the afternoon raining season now, well the weather had been kind on us , making the run more enjoyable, i took the role of the sweeper (well it suits my running mood that morning, kind of under the blues a bit), the track was runnable all the way with a mix of steep up and down hill, at a point we reached to the top of penchala link tunnel, kind of surreal -never thought i could end up on top a tunnel, we bum into abondoned immigrant settlements lar, pondok durian lar and to my suprise there were quite a number of rubber trees and still tappable...another amazing facts for me ,KLians...we did reached to the other side of the Kiara's peak i think so ler, being the sweeper u kind of left out about the details of the pack- ensuring the ones at the back were not left out...the route back were downhills and lead back to a tarmac route..pelik ..we went to the tarmac route downhill before hitting back the off road..and end up back to same tarmac place pelik lagi where all the MTBs group up- i guess they are taking turns to go into the trail kot...

there were few MTBs we met along the trail (constantly shouting : bikers please make way) and gazing at the bike they rode and Shakil said to me one of the bike cost about RM 30k, gulp...should i go for that one, per dah macam renovate rumah ler kan...im clueless about MTB ler...kene ade guide ler or else i will end up with one mountain of debt ler...kan

finally we arrived back to the carpark meeting point but Doris and Meng had to go off right after, missing the splendid after run meals ..the spreads were no close to any run i had been, felt bersalah ler pulak x bwk ape pun, i was thinking of making something but thanx to the hangover last night dinner, there are cooling melons by kak kash, Chickendok by Abg Shah, cooling 100+ by Shuk and not forgetting Salad Popiah by Bro Ian..we had so much fun chit chating while having our meal.. listening to their stories on the preparation for upcoming marathon, excited pulak,

running, sharing stories while eating the our meals, laughing , charming and praising each other, these are the kind of activities u thought running could ever developed...we should do this more often..running in groups..

Verdict : Our time 2 hrs 44 min, calories burnt 1400...and the rest were fun and filling mmm yummy..minus the after toilet rushed...

Squash Training

My new venture into diversifying my cardio work out plan, well sometimes , just running itself would be boring ....it all started a month ago although i had bought the racket way back even before ramadan..lame jugak nak tunggu bile boleh pakai ler....

Used to see my colleague playing the game whenever i passed the court on my way to the office's gym..seronok jugak watching them hitting on a piece of cute round thing against the wall , bouncing back and forth,mm thinking how was it like to play the game, looks like fun....

i signed up for the training at the office's gym, our prelimenary training was on the rules and regulations of the game then moves on to the delivering techniques, wow so much technicals were involved in playing squash...

squash is physically demanding as well skillful game, you need to be at all time aware of your opponent patterns of strikes, i was toast several times..moving at all four corners of the court, poof...luckily i had my running stamina well that is not enough , u need skill as well so that you will able to drive your opponents in a locking position.

sayangnyer, not many men in my offfice play squash so i was left with my ownself to train and sometimes rely on my coach to play, however they are few akak ler..but not the same ler, fighting with girls , u feel pity that u beat them heheh....

Above all, it makes you realised that there are many avenues for you to stay active, be it running, walking, football, tennis , squash, etc.. people only thought of running is the only best way to be active, well although it is the best, it may not be just that, we need to explore the active definition soon u will find there are limitless of activities u can do to be fit...

as for my squash venture hopefully i could be good at it....practice practice....

22km Vs 42 km > Am i?

reading other blogger's about their preparation toward Singapore Marathon made me wonder, whether am i prepared yet for such a race, gulp yes yet again, I'm always like that lahh..on any race starter, never had that kind of confident like the other racers ,

my running experiences had always been only in the range of 10 to 20 km..well included trail running too yeah, PIBM is getting near and i am nowhere ready in terms of training, starting to feel the jitters flowing in my veins, i cant make it to my usual running track as i did last time, i could only afford to run on the office's treadmill ajer.. itu pun barely hitting 5 km in 28 minutes...i know i should be doing more than that, i just too poof after that,

itu ler , whenever i heard that someone is doing half marathon, it puts the creep in mind slowly moving into timid mode, i never could actually improve my 10 km time beyond the 50 minutes barrier, i should be sprinting right..frustrated:(

maybe i should just adapt redah ajer attitude, let the mental strength be the controlling valves instead of your muscles..

Mountain To Mountain Zone III: Gunung Bujang Melaka

Another trail running after Genting Trailblazer, what am i putting myself into this time...giloss..since i had no plans on that day..well another trail run would not hurt kan....

Me and Bro Ian this time around...Abg Syah could not make it due to some Kenduri matters....i guess he must had enough of trail running kot...heheh. We started our journey from KL at around 5.30 am stop by at Shell near Sungkai i think...Subuh kejap then move on....called the organiser to confirm the start time...per..8.00 am..gulp can we make it, with the aid of F1 driver by the name of Bro Ian, we did make it to the race's starting area ,Kompleks Rakan Muda Kampar..get ourself registered..to my surprise i number is A080 (my bday year) ..kan lucky number ke? mmmm

Not many participants this time around, but there are regular faces, it could be they are elite power bar group, we were flaged off at 8.00 am, the first 3 km of the race was tarmac route leading to Batu Berangkai Waterfall, isk some sorts like Tampin, Negeri Sembilan Mountain Circuit...

The trail leading up to the peak..were mixed of runnable and power walkable...in my opinion the trail is milder than Nuang... we almost got lost..during the run..in the midst of the run..we missed out the race markers..per...we hike up to to wrong route..nasib baik ler there are few of us..or else sesat ler aku...wasted about 30 minutes there...

Finally after 2 hours and 45 minutes hiking , we managed to reach the top..with our hydration pack almost empty..mine is..had our rest and some snacking...mini mars and snickers. The downhill was tough..but i kept on running while Bro Ian had move on further down..we managed to refill our hydration pack...i'm more confident to run when i'm hydrated,,dont want the cramps to slow me down..or kill off my running moods..

Reached the finishing line, at about 12.00 pm, the last leg of the race the Tarmac routes was killing me, with the scorching afternoon sun...per..almost fried ler ..well done steak...

(us at the top)

The after run food experiences....mmm not nice..one Kopitiam in Kampar (ok ler) another mee rebus kampar (perr lagi teruk)...

The Final Verdict: Total time 4 hours and 34 minute , end up with nothing...not even a cert...mm but the trail was fun...

Genting Trailblazer 09 Post Run

yet another finisher medal for my trail running event...this time its Genting Trailblazer 2009, i was fortunate that i was given a chance to enter the race...being a rookie in this arena , i often waited for any offer to joint...Thanx Che for the offered...our team is called Grim Duo ( well we are seriously involved in the run)

Both of us did not had enough rest the day before, Che was even worse, he said that he had to take care of some big event..end up at the same venue as we ( bro Ian and me) are...being newbie to this event, i woke up quite early in the morning..kata nak meet up at Petronas Tmn Melati, but received message that Che is going straight to venue, so i chow dulu..leaving Abg Nik waiting for Abg Syah and Bro Ian...sekali pi sane semua org pun x de..i was the first person at the race venue...better early than late kan..dah ler i ni jenis kelam kabut..huhuhu

Arrived at genting at about 7.00 am..waited by the bench at the race venue ( padang nearby awana).. have a look at the obstacle..oisk leh thn jugak yer...I prepared earlier this time due to the limited time i had before the race..pack myself a lot of chocolate snacks (which end up being eaten at my hotel..huhuh) ,4 packs of ORS , analagesic cream and 2 packs of powergel...some preparation huh...iyelar being only weekend warrior ..u must able to know what your limits are..

got registered and meet up with Macam Bagus (Abg Syah , Bro Ian, Abg Nik [pelik 3 org lak ek...]) had quick and heavy breakfast depa ler...mine is McD's cheese burger while waiting for them at Petronas Tmn melati which i eventually left before meeting them up...,, Jitters started flow again in my veins..later calmed down by my fellow GD mate ,Che...

Before the race start we did some stretching, i followed my Cip ler...had some brief rounds of 5 minutes run around the venue..later meet up with Macam Bagusz (plural sbb ade 3 org hehe) the run started with the championship category then adventure, (nothing differ except the prize money, lebih itu jer) as usual my starting is not always the best..i guess it may be due to the irregular heart beat ..jitters ler...tur..

The route started with tarmac road around the golf course, the weather was misty, it was like running in the mist, with visibility up to 20m.. , another first time for me, wearing shorts pulak, per sejuk ler..and furthermore our breathing were also changed due to the density of the air at the altitude...me and che made an agreement that he will catch me up at the downhill (he knows better) , downhill never my fav running course,

me and Che were moving side by side till at the uphill slope when i move ahead..then we meet up again at the downhill (Che fav)..but guess what?..this time around i was ahead even at the downhill...sliding all the way..maybe due to the adrenaline rush kot...feeling intoxicated..kept on running till i left che quite far behind..Che was having difficulty running due to his about to torn shoes' sole, started to feel the muscle straining..locking and unlocking position on my left toe..i took my ORSs progressively along the run..resting while due to the traffic..hehe traffic jammed ler dlm hutan,,kuang kuang...finally i reached the final water checkpoint waited for Che met up with MB then a few minutes later Che arrived..i kept on running at very slow pace resting leg's muscles before it turn worst..i did not wore my heart rate monitor this time...

I can hear the music from the venue , we are getting closer to the finish line, waited yet again for Che ( he must had serious issues with his shoes ) , when we arrived at the starting point of the obstacle course i could see Che's shoes were almost torn..lar kesian pulak tgk.. It was my first obstacle run, i enjoyed every bit of the mud and sliding and finally i took Che's hand and pulling him toward the finish line..I was not being myself at that time...tingtong ckit...maybe due to the ORSses kot.. then came the very thing i feared in almost every trail run the cramps...i hate it so much,,what did do wrong this time around yer...berape byk ORS aku kene telan ek..to avoid the cramps ..but i was drinking quite alot this time around..and thanks to the ample drinking stations..

(one of the obstacles)

The cramps happened at the embarassing time ,at the shower room lak tur, luckily i still had my clothes on..or else masak ler aku jln tut...at first it was my left leg ok..dah bgn nak pakai kasut then the right leg..per...there i laid flat on the shower room..luckily Abg Nik and Che were around to hold my legs or else ill be screaming till top of my lung..itu ler...i should not had immersed my leg in the cold water (another 101 lesson in running) i had to walk limping all the way to the First Aid tent for additional aid..both my legs were on Ice nasib baik ade St John Ambulance's team, i was not all alone there , there were few racers that were in the same conditions as i am....to add to the misery state i'm in..i was shivering due to the coldness ..still managed to grab some foods and walked back to my car..there Che and the others had finished changing to their dry clothes..

(kaki oh kaki nape ler hang sakit yer..)

Final Verdict : Our time is 2 hours , placing 32, although it was not the best place but i had such blast of fun and thanx to those whom introduced me into trail running....ok Che we'll see what if u can catch me up at Salomon Kiara... ada berani

Genting Trailblazer 09

having read from others runner's blogs makes u want to think twice , what had u put yourself into this time around ler...per.. it had been three days since my last run, i had breached my limits during my squash training...felt the pain around my hips....plus my busy schedule in the day, the pain went on for two days....luckily it had dissipates, i guess...i must been the full relaxation period...i had been putting myself off to any heavy physical training that could strained my hip's muscle... i cant let my partner down,,hopefully...

with the constant raining for the past two days...would it rains tomorrow...expecting very muddy trail..

tonight i'll be having bank's annual dinner..ceh..the goes my plan to spent enough time before the race in Genting...

hopefully we could enjoy the race tomorrow...Che..please remind me if im late

My first attempt in making Cupcakes

Im always thinking something to give rather than receiving any....well there are so many things i wanted to give back to my friends back at the office...mm well there are a lot of butter at home ..why not cupcakes this time around.....

got back home kind of late yesterday...got stuck with visiting schedule to client's factory in and around rawang,... perr the butter was tough as brick...thus postponed to early in the morning...strategize the method so that i would not end up in with some bantat cakes,,,perr nanti ponet jer den bangun pagi pagi... punyer ler tekun study recipe books like there will be an exam tomorrow morning on it..heheh

that subsequent morning 4 am per...pagi tu...woke up and look up at the recipe with guidance from the superior (my aunt) ....and walla....2 hours later

i dont think im that creative just yet to create any icing on the surface thus it left bare, actually it is a strawbery flavoured butter cupcakes with raisins and chocolate chips...hehheh...poyo pulak ni pun nak tulis dlm blog....well it could be due to my future venture...hehehe

Mizuno Run 2009, UPM

Our photo was taken by Tini, usually minah ni lari but this time around jadi photographer ler pulak...mm anyway i was grateful that i could finished the run ...well here, how the story goes...

the race route were generous with slopes; mild ones as well as steep ones....mmm the race organiser a little bit kelam kabut may be it could be due to the huge turnout..well u thought 2000 people is small yer...just imagined the runners are like back to back continously..this time around i ran together with friend to a friend of mine Firman, first time runner, biase ler pancit tengah tengah jalan.....honestly i did not get enough rest the day before the race...the whole day i was at Alamanda, lounging , watching movies, karaoke bowling,,,per a lot of things ler..i only managed to sleep for like about 4 hours....but still managed to wake up early at 5.30 am.. tapi still lambat sampai due to darn inconsiderate putrajaya presint 11 folk whom block partly my car...nasib baik ler aku ni cekap ceh wah kalau x masak ler kete hang..aku keje kan... luckily this time i was in Putrajaya, nearby the race venue,,,kalau x another bomba run incident ler jawabnyer...hehehe

My running was at my worst, i did not push myself too much due to the fact that i had another run next weekend...knowing the fitness level i'm in at that time..there is no point burning too much..i hate it so much the urgency in need to take a leak (happened quite often to me , i really hate that, it literally throw away my concentration ),,,perr,,,menahan tu x hengat ler,,,luckily i knew the route very well...back to school....ckit, so i made a quick stop at the toilet in Bukit ekspo,,,perrrr what a relieved beb..

In a nutshell, my time is 1 hr 4 mins max heart rate 197, average heart rate 168 and calories 1094.

p/s: the race management was quite bad, the really need to be able to gauge the route capacity to the number of racers running at one time....per nak hamik racing goodies pun leh jadi kelam kabut.

Gastric pain and running

it has been 2 days that i did not run at all, isk...kind of frustrated with the state i'm in right now...i was down with a severe gastritis pains...an old friend or should i said foe whom came back and haunt me .....well i thought i defeated that guy...well it must have been the lemang and all sorts of things put into one package called open house ler...can't blame them...its all up to me, its my own appetite that makes me crave all those foods which u dont usually had during normal days...

Berlatih ke...performance masih average lagi hui hui....anyway hopefully i could regain back my strenght to run again..kind of poof out now...

My new begining

like the sun rise on the east, where it all begins..why am i writing this , its getting to the end of 2009, what a year it was for me..my workout session started as just tools for my weight loss ,now moves on to become a routine of race preparation...from road races towards trail run and soon to be adventure racing..wow...

if u see me back when i was in my teens and uni years, i was never close to this, i am always consume to the superficial world of beauty, perfections and grace...mmm, ever known as the soft guy ever since i was in school, well kind of used to it and afraid to try or not been given any chances or motivation to even try... living in my own nutshell. Not having many friends whom understands me...mmm anyway that was me before i could actually knows that they are many ways to endure a blissful life..

Started with KL Towerthon then to 10 km run at various places, wow running sure take me to places i never been to and best of all meeting new and fostering back the old friendship, plus trail running wow i never thought i could actually did it, my friend will sure be laughing at me if i told them that i ran up then downhill in less than half a day, heehe a person like me they will never thought it will be possible..nevertheless i do enjoy it very much and hopefully i get to know more people whom enjoy this as much as i did...

POR III : Gunung Nuang

Another early Sunday morning for me...this time around its Nuang...,we ran in group 5 but then one of us turns back making it grim duo (GD) versus macam bagus (MB) with ex macam bagus...heheh anyway, we GD arrived early at the place before 7.00 am, i got a quick bite at Pekan Bt 18, had 2 pieces of roti canai and my fav hot milo...

Rushing to the surau to perform my Subuh Gajah as what they said when u actually at the brink of the dawn, did some discussion and guessing whose going to joint us for the run today wiyh my fellow GD mates, Cheramiche, the organiser pun x de, salah gunung kot...then sampai ler Abg Syah..no cup cakes this time around ke?? but i had ice cream yum yum...

(Che and Abg Syah)

we reached the top at about 12.00 pm, my whole journey up and down the mountain took about 6 hrs 26 minutes, the pack of four was lead by Bro Ian, whose pics was not in my blogs, cause he is constant taking pictures while we were running can't wait to see his blogs...what pics he will uploads..

the hike up was fun and is always my favorite thing actually and i always hated downhills, kind of hurting to my knees and toes, so i was left behind, never mind i catch them up at their resting place, we did had our wonderful rest and picture taking along the hike and downhill, sempat jugak taking a quick dip at Kem Lolo stream, mmm very cooling and soothing

the verdict, it was a very fun run indeed, i love every seconds of it, running with my fav running buddies, i was never into trail running before and now im getting the hang of it, no more black toes for me...

In a nutshell, Calories burnt: 4014 , max. heart rate: 201 and avg heart rate: 132

4th Malaysian International Ekiden Run, Putrajaya 2009

The run was held in Putrajaya, the normal route like of Men's Heatlh run previously, but this time it was a relay team of five..my team was called Raja Kunyit with Loh as the team kapitan...it was made of my schoolmates and other friend of friend of mine...wow never new running could actually brought us together kan..what a small world kan....

i did not had the best this time, even though ada training ckit before that, well it could be the lack of sleep a day before...i'm the first runner , each runner need to run approx. 3 km, i did quite bad 14 minutes, max hr : 222 and average: 188 wow, very high kan, its maybe the nervousness or i need to rectify my breathing techniques...

the best part of all , we really enjoy so much the run, cause its a team effort and i got to run with my favorite running buddies and someone i longing to.... my route was ok..the normal route with steep slope at the end of my part behind the PICC, luckily it was not at the top , a quater to the top...i met Loh and passed the sash to him...

they are going for Borneo marathon next week...perrr seronok tur... dah lame aku x cuti gitus kan...

anyway next week ade..River clean up at Sungai Congkak and POR at Nuang (to the top)..mmm do check it out at corporateathletes.com.my

Post Raya Training- part 2

yup my first trail run after quite sometimes, resting from the wilderness, well dah ler tur after a big break in the fasting month, i like the trail, even though nuang is very popular among the city dweller, yup cause it is located just nearby...

i just started my swimming class with Bro ian of Corporate Athletes, ayoo,, i never thought that it will be so tough yar..u got to get it right the first time...that's the way it suppose to be, may be swimming is not my thing, is it? There goes my dream to enter triathtlon..mm a still farway dream..

mm got to train hard..but training ground lak limited, ye lar, looking for the suitable pool with the minimum depth is quite difficult but luckily bro Ian place is very ideal but...i got to pass through a gruesome massive traffic jam before reaching there..haiyo tense pulak......pastu lak asyik dok x pass jer one breath...

The trail run at nuang was great wake up call for me ler...to be better prepared for my genting trail..Cheramiche is ever high spirited for it, i should jive in also...itu ler... i enjoyed it so much meeting new runner pals...and learning new tricks of running at the same time...wow there had progress so much..felt intimidated and timid at times when they are talking about marathon, swimming trail and such...mm may be is it time for me to move up.......one day i would...

Back to the trail run, my time was about 2 hours to Camp Lolo and back, with average heart rate 132 and max about 168 and calories burnt about 1000 plus wound on my left hand..perr...sesat katanyer..

well....looking forward for another run with u ollzzz... thanx

Ramadan Pengertiannya Bagi Ku

What a topic kan, mm well this what i had gone through from last year Ramadan...

What happen to Satu Malaysia Ler? Lu PIkir lar sendiri

The article was taken from The Sun as it is, please stop this commotions u are killing the society...we as one Malaysia, praised The Sun for telling us the true story...

When herd mentality ruled the day Comment by Maria J.Dass

IF anything coherent came out of Saturday’s dialogue – if you can call it that – on the relocation of a Hindu temple from Section 19 to an industrial zone in Section 23 Shah Alam, it is this: that minority rights and peaceful discourse has lost out to mob rule.

Rowdy protestors disrupt the breifing by the panellist at the dialogue with Section 23residents on the proposed relocation of a temple to the area. The proposal has since beenshelved due to the 'strong' protest. The dialogue was meant for residents of Section 23 but in the end, it was hijacked by a mob determined to disrupt the proceedings. The 50-odd protesters -- made up of residents and non-residents -- threatened to throw shoes and a chair at the state representatives which included Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, Shah Alam MP Khalid Abdul Samad and Batu Tiga assemblyman Rodziah Ismail.Amid the boos, insults and threats, the Selangor state reps sat through the whole two-hour session held at the banquet hall of the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) and tried to deal with the hotheads. This was especially evident when a resident expressed her fears that crime rate would rise if the temple was built in Section 23. In reply, Khalid Abdul Samad countered that this was precisely why a temple was needed so that Indian youth and children could have a place to congregate and where strong religious and moral values could be inculcated. But his effort seemed futile as the rowdies were intent on disrupting the proceedings even before they stepped into the hall. It is also noted that police were conspicuously absent from the meeting, which at times threatened to turn ugly.
Rowdy protestors disrupt the breifing by the panellist at the dialogue with Section 23residents on the proposed relocation of a temple to the area. The proposal has since beenshelved due to the 'strong' protest.Social planning gone wrong

These loud protests over the temple relocation, however, fail to take into account the larger issue here -- that it is a direct consequence of social engineering with poor planning on the part of the Selangor State Development Corporation or PKNS and the Shah Alam local authorities. Just 50 years ago, large tracts of what is now Shah Alam were plantations. In the late 60s, PKNS started buying land from the Sungai Renggam estate, with a plan to build a township where 60-80% of the residents would be Malays. As the area developed, many of the temples, some of which were more than a century old, ended up being surrounded by housing estates. This is what happened to the 150-year-old Sri Maha Mariamman Temple in Section 19. Originally built in a sparsely populated plantation, it slowly found itself surrounded by houses. But the Section 19 house buyers claim the temple was not in the brochure when the housing project was launched, and as such want the temple to be relocated.Similarly, Section 23 residents are using the same argument -- that they would not have bought their property if they knew a temple would be located nearby.Another key point in the issue is the relocation of a temple to a Muslim-majority area. But where one can find a non-Muslim majority area in Shah Alam?
Nowhere to go?

With nowhere else to go, the only alternative open to the state government is to relocate the temples to industrial areas within the city. But this too is no easy task as it requires that all parties -- the temple committee, the MBSA, PKNS and the state government -- come to an agreement. The temple committees are understandably unhappy as sites offered are isolated and not accessible by any form of transportation. Such was the case with the Sri Maha Mariamman Temple committee, which objected to a site in a remote area in Section 22. Now it is back to the drawing board for those involved to fix a problem which resulted from a lack of foresight by past administrators.Saturday's dialogue ended with the mentri besar shelving the proposal to relocate the temple to Section 23. He has also said he will meet with the Hindu community to find a solution. At the end of the meeting, some residents from both sides of the divide shook hands with each other as they said goodbye, but the underlying tension was evident. If anything, the encounter has forced some Hindu residents of Section 23 to take a hard look at their neighbours. One woman said: “We have been close to our neighbours all this while and have looked out for each other, but this incident has shown how our neighbours view us and where we stand.”

Please let us hold hand be as one Malaysia...this is our beloved country

Siapa akan menang Permatang Pasir?

mmm tetibe lak nak tulis pasal politik lak kan... agaknyer lepas hantar bapak gue and his gang for a trip to permatang pasir kot...

a brief chat with my father, it may not be a win to PAS,,,could be the issue of kampung buah pala akan timbul sebenarnya aku sengaja nak provoke bapak aku supaya we will go into deeper debates about that,,,but he seems to take it lightly...

My weight loss journey- Part 2 (evolution)

My battle with weight has always been a continuous ones since i was a kid...well surrounded by a plenty of foods and scrumptious deserts..who could not be tempted to not to be over indulged..
well food has always been my comfort relieve from stress...well growing up pains...and painfull school days..inner struggle of being perfectionist in my career..path had even added so many pounds..i guess by now u had probably read my previous entry about my crazy yo-yo dieting...scheme kan...but this time it will be my action plan...

Preliminary

First and foremost, what u should actually do is? get to know your body and what u put inside your stomach...i read a lot about losing weight, exercising, calories burning and Malaysian food calories...

It helps u to plan what and when plus how u could actually achieved your target....kan..as the saying goes knowledge is power...

Diet Plan

Some may not agreed to what i'm writing here...please do comment ..what i did is actually tailored made by me...

here goes...i went into a solid protein diet for about 6 months,,without staple carbo intake with once a week indulgence...

I took 5 times a day meal plan..with breakfast, morning snack, lunch, evening snack and dinner..
well what do i consume....well its all natural no protein shake, pills or even liposuctions yerr..

well u must be aware that u need to be nourished with all the important pyramid of food..im talking pyramid yer...so please follow that as your portion controller...susah tur...kan..

my usuals are... breakfast is fried eggs, or sandwich without mayo, sometimes kueh ler, hot dogs,u can go heavy on breakfast but no carbo for me, that means no nasi, mee, kuey teow,or any which is high in carbo...well where do i get my carbo that is the easiest way to boost up your energy kan...mmmm well actually i am an avid milo drinker..so i know that i would get it from there...

my morning snack will be jacob's high fiber crackers....and sometimes crackers tah hape hape ler...see there goes another carbo into my diet....

lunch....i would only take vegetables and proteins only, i could be in a form of soup or anything but less in oil and fats contents...

evening snacks...make sure it will end before 3.30 pm...crackers again...

dinner...lak sometimes the same as lunch....

Exercise plan

If u look at my diet, would i have any energy left to burn it out....

mmm well it has many carbo loop holes in it... it is what i called subconcious eating ...well u are used to eating all those snacks...u kindof forget that it actually has carbo in it...

the reason i do not take too much carbo is..i would go into the difficult energy curve ...which ois fat burning..whereby fat will only be burned only if there are less glucose to burn..well it may sounds as if u are killing your muscle..well actually not..if u had suffiicient amount of fats..it will not go into your protein cause it is the hardest way for your body to burn as fuel...

U get tired easily in the begining ..please dont stop kept on pushing and u will feel the sudden rush of energy...cause fats actually carries more ATP ..than carbo....but it is stored in solid forms therefore chanelling it will actually requires signals from the brain...try you will feel the difference

My normal routine for 6 months is running...that is the best way to burn it all out...
my favorite is Lake titiwangsa...burn it out..there...kind of funny thinking back the day i started very early sunday morning...got chased by the dogs...huhu and my soles tercabut..,,mcm2 well that not stopping me..well...i bought myself anew shoes then kept on running every evening...

starting at a slow non stop jog completed one round then it moves on to two rounds and somtimes even three. then move on towards running... of course u felt tired then fever pulak..mcam ler...but that not going stop me...there is never quick fix for weight loss...please dont believe all those slimming programme outhere bogus ler....

I move to bigger venues in running and sports...entering running competitions started with 10km, trail running, climbathon next is marathon and ultimately triathlon..

planning my next swimming class with bro Ian and purchasing my new bike...soon

don't give up keep on moving be it walking , gardening, washing your car, chasing your kids ke..at least it is a start towards being active.....well i never thought i could actually ventured into highly physical stuff till recently...

Conclusion

My weight now stay around 75 to 76 kg, previously it was around 100 kg to 110kg,

I do it on my own cause i just could not afford a trainer but i was fortunate that Bro Ian is a certified trainer gave me many tips...on his website corporateatheletes.com..if u could afford one please do...it will do it even faster than me....

Some people i know may not even recognized me..well...some people whom ingoring started to take notice me...i love the attentions ...but what was great is my health status now is so much better..i never had any migraine and my gastric is almost non existent...and my BP is very much lower than it was...hopefully after this i could found someone to share it for the rest of my life...

This plan of mine started as a changing agent that i really need when i started on a new career path...i was lost in the begining of the program but later on...i found that the very reason u should pursue this is your own satisfaction not of others,,to be pleased..

Keep on challenging yourself...and you reap the benefits...
