Station 21 -Bangsar..What ...One hour???

I felt like wanted so much to write about this local western stall in Bangsar, well first of all, i'm not going to write about the food cause i did not have the time and patience kot..., entah ler, the waiter approached us and he can simply said kene tunggu satu jam dik...WTF, aiyo , but the gerai still full of people and they kept on coming jugak tau....entah ler may be the food was fantastico kot...they claimed it was made fresh tau mmmm...steak ..fresh????,,is it because they only started marinated by the time we order it....kan

It did make sense at all....is it?? the meats are coming directly from the cow it self ke...???? I was quite piss off with the shop attitude ...even our drinks pun lembab tau at least half an hour nak cyap...ayo... this is really is not the kind of services we are expecting from Malaysian stall ok, they are usually fast,,,,im not asking for a gourmet food mar...what a let down tul..kesian i tgk muka2 hopeful's at the gerai waiting for their meals....

I may not known how good your food taste???... but does it warrant u to be serve less like that,,,ape ler..itu ler these guys need to be taught a painful lesson kot baru nak berubah....

Larian Anti Dadah Antarabangsa- The Race Day

The race suppose to flag off at 7.15 am for my category A 18 years and above, well i woke quite late that morning, 6.00 am in the morning , took a quick trip to the shower room and perform my morning prayer then off to Putrajaya, in the midst stop jap kat Seri kembangan rest area, isk sakit perut seyyy, i arrived in Putrajaya via Maju Expressway in about 6.45 am, haiyo rush sane sini to pickup my bib and the T-Shirt, by the way a little info on the run kan it is 7.7 km run along persiaran kind of forgot but the same route as fro the Merdeka Parade (forgive me for the, lack of info) it started at the palace of justice ,around PICC(Putrajaya International Conevention Center) then back to he Palace of Justice building.... the crowd were mixes of young school kids, government officers, avid runners (can tell by the SCKLM09 t-shirt they wear) and Putrajaya folks. I met my fellow runner Cheramiche up to collect his racing's bib and t-shirt (alamak org Putrajaya pun lambt gak ke?)

Flag Off

I was quite unprepared for the race, from the late rise in the morning to the flag off, i was unaware that my race was about to start, when i reached the starting line after putting on my bib and throwing my t-shirt in the car, the crowd already gathered at the starting line, i guess it is my category by looking at their bib starting with alphabet "A" and of a sudden i heard the flag off shot, 10 second static shock hit me then off we go without stretching not even mentally prepared yet, ..i was caught off guard......

The run

Well here we goes again, well it is only 7.7 km, like SCKLM09 last week jer, ye lar tur...anyway that is my motivation scheme to carry on the race, the route was new to me , as a first timer to the route i felt awed by the buildings surrounding it, luckily the weather is quite mild coupled with a few cold morning breeze coming from the lake surrounding the route, Putrajaya weather is usually hot, anyway back to the run, i treated the run as like my weekend run at Lake Titiwangsa , hehhe kan berlagak lak, i did not see Cheramiche during the run, the route was made up mostly of flat tarmac but there are few lengths with mild slopes and 45 degrees especially around PICC.

When i reached PICC, i started to feel out of breath and my left shoe lace was loose, well i just kept on running without stopping, at last there is a water station on the way back to the finish line at the roadside on the bridge to PICC , well i finished the run but not proud of my time, i did not get any medals at all, so that means i was not on the less 75 persons crossing the finish line, geram tul lar....asyik x dpt jer kan ,,,anyway i enjoy the run....itu yang penting

dapat sijil jer...and towel gitus...anyway i enjoy the food gak, tuna sandwich and Ice lemon tea kotak jer...

My time , isk i pun tak tahu, cause i did not had any watch at the time, that will be my next target to have... a digital watch , with timer..mm nak beli Polar, but sengkek ler aku lepas tu kan...aiming at Timex...anyway Cheramiche was doing quite good katenyer,,,heheh anyway another fellow runners of mine Ladiefa was doing okay..dpt medal lagi tur...isk women category...kan

The winners mmm... i didn't stay back for the price giving ceremony...but i saw a few kenyan's runners resting nearby me after crossing the finish line...i guess u know who won right...

Anyway see u guys again in another race...Abg was hoping i joined the half marathon ..who knows i might change my mind by then....itu ler .....motivation gah kureng skrg ni...

Anuar Zain Lelaki Ini Concert At Istana Budaya

Lelaki ini concert was held at Istana Budaya from 1 to 2 July 2009, the tickets were sold out brother IB was full to the brim heheh, anyway i got the tickets through my friend's friends, i bever knew that Annuar is going to make a concert here in Malaysia, by the way this is the first concert he had ever performed in Malaysia, wow, he is very in demand outside of Malaysia, i guess his persona and talent had made him a household name not just in Malaysia but throughout SEA. oisk bangga cik, anyway our seat is not the posh ones yar...duduk tingkat 3 jerkkk..anyway here are the details of our journey to the show....

Lounging at the foyer of IB

wewwe arrive quite early at IB , while waiting for our friends, i do gaze around the foyer so ternampak beberapa character yang aku kenal...mmm well u cant runaway with that kind of attitude kan...it so obvious, well we saw a couple of celebs coming to watch the show, likes of Ning Baizura and her husband Omar, Ally Iskandar and Zakiah Anas,Fahrin Omar with that model cum actress jugak tur siapa ler , raja azmi the director of upcoming mak nyah movie,CT Nurhaliza and the rest tu maybe tak popular ler..kot cause it does not caught my eyes pun hehe sgt..our friend arrived quite late, we enter the theatre just in time for Anuar to show up on stage, anyway at least we did not miss the opening act...

The Show


the stage was quite a simple made up of three cascade of flat platforms, the musicians were compost of 5 piece band and the Malaysian Orchestra, the show started with Anuar making the grand entrance on the stage via elevated stage from the back of the stage, ok...the normal Anuar Zain style of entre, anyway i was quite tired from the waiting at the lobby so, i did not felt excited enough to watch the entrance, He sangs number of his new and old songs, rendition of his favorite songs from Suhaimi Mior Hasan to Zubir Ali, well it quite an entertaining night,

His voice is the usual Anuar, a little bit shaky at times when he reached that high notes, but overall his energy on the vocals was superb, he is control of his voice, but i do felt that the sound system is out of tune in term of mixing, there are times when we did not hear Anuar voice at all or it could be just him , himself a little koyak ler kan dah tua katenyer 39 years old...oisk,,...mm not married yet...well that what drive the girls in the hall when crazy over him whenever he tries to lossen up his attire they will screams their hearts out as if he is going to go naked ler kan...isk apo ler depa ni...

there were a few cliche in the show but u just cant help it, the audience love it, ade lak berebut towel ler, depa ni memang tul tutup botol pun kalau boleh depa nak tau isk,,kan anythingler he throws kan,

the best part of the show will be when he sangs the evergreen songs by Suhaimi Mior Hasan, Zubir Ali alike... well he nails it, well there are a few tears coming to my ears may be i just cant help it while being in this lobely mood for so long heheh anyway...

the show memang mantap, kami cyap menari and clapping o our chairs ajer ok, to the tunes that makes us reminiscent about our university years back then,,,,heheh paling best lagu bila resah isk sgt ler...



it started off quite slow but end with a bang , he really is truly a superstar......

SCKLM09: The Race Day

The race begun on Sunday 28 June 2009, wow...but before the racing day we need to collect our racing kit two days before...my goodness what a poor organiser they had...menci tul...leh sampai 2 jam tunggu to get to the counter, with only a few person in front of us....isk siap ade mamat ni dah high blood kot.....Dah jerit jerit to the counter saying....Please gave us some explaination, he has been waiting for nearly two hours and still the line yet to move an even an inch..teruk kan...isk apo ler depa ni...anyway i was quite lucky to have below one hour....per they really need to screw up the organiser ...for destroying the good name of Std Chartered Bank...per....anyway back to the race day...

jitters tu is running quite deep jugak lar dlm hati ni...so the day before the race aku had a good run in the morning at Lake Titiwangsa...itu pun pancit lepas 2 rounds...mmmm..welll ..itu ler x energy boost early in the morning....and i was hoping to see few of my frenz ptg tur for a karaoke session but depa lak flunk ...per geram aku...so aku pi Shah Alam to register for Adidas King Of the Road- 2 august 2009...mm lelepak dgn member aku zam gelak gelak kutuk2 org jap pastu reminiscent about the past ckit,heheh anyway back to the race day kan

pepagi kul 3.30 am i woke up..so sorry (about the mix bahasa yer) ...but then i fell back to sleep and suddenly i realise that is 4.00 am...oopss ...i rush up to the shower room..then get myself prepared...there goes my plan to nourished myself in the morning...actually the race is supposed to start on 7.00 am , why the rush....because it started in the middle of KL where parking space is very very limited...i had npo choice but to be there early...i packed up my bags and took a while to think of what to eat larrr kan..so packed up my aunt's famous cornflakes cookies...well it has all the nutrients and fibers i need to boost my energy level....then off to the race...park my car at lake garden...and it started to rain...lar kan..wet of the rain and make it to dataran...

i dont know lar...the organiser is not quite sensitive of muslim prayer's call in the morning...so nasib baik aku masuk 10km kalau x ...susah gak nak justify kan,,..anyway aku bwk kain pelekat..i peformed my Subuh prayer on 5.44 am at Masjid Jamek , met my fellow schoolmate whom is avid runners too, Uda (Azrul Azam) with his GF rehanni and his younger brother...wah reunion jap then off to the starting line....where the half marathoners are getting ready for their flag off....may one day i will be running half marathon... wow what a large group...may be 10km is only half of the amount...

well here comes the time half hour before 7.00 am, our flag off time, we move on to the upfront of the starting line,well aku cari geng Melawati yang lain tap x de lar pulak,...mm rase berdebar semakin kencang as we are getting closer to the flag off time...and the DJ was pumping our adrenaline with his spirited words..and he did mentioned that the number of 10k runners is 5200 , wow, that is alot...7.00 am , the Merdeka Tower Clock bell rangs off we go....running my first international run...heheh..

The Run

Started with a jog, but i was quite intimidated by Uda's running pace so i kept on escalating my steps to keep up with him...well we did it until we reached KL sentral junction where i overtook him..suddenly the extra energy started to boost in...i continue on the steady pace until I reached bangunan Kementerian Pertanian, where i falt sudden pain in left foot from blister..isk i hate when that happened...well i thought i had taken necessary percaution to it, i had retighten my shoes and change to a more comfortable and less absorbent socks, i guess its not enough or maybe a new shoes needed, mmmm...anyway i took benifit of every water station available,to take a sip or two, the environment i quite new to me, i had never ran in the middle of kl roads before, heheh, anyway, i really enjoy the scenery at along the route to Uncle Samy ex ministry offices, that is where i started to feel the brunt of the blister,..well it almost kills my mood to run, i used the mind over body concepts to fight the pain and continue to run further, i reached bulatan near bank rakyat and i didnt see Uda, may be i left him far behind..heheh..a few familiar faces had overtake me along jalan raja laut, where i had slowed down my pace, i gear up my pace at the last 2 km along jalan tunku abdul rahman....psuhing through a painfull blister of my left foot....lesson learnt twice...im so glad that finnaly i seen the finish line in my horizon, oisk what a feeling, i made my dash through it and reached the finish line...isk....pastu tah berape byk air ler aku tibai kat drink stations....then i went to pick up my stuff and my medal...welll nasib baik ler aku sampai kalau x korang tgk le que nak amik medal ni

oisk ramai tulll...anyway overall the run was a fun and memorable ones...the best thing is that i had finished earlier than i thought i could and i met my old friends and not forgetting my adventure buddy Mr Cheremie.blogspot...and cant wait for next year, i wish could be doing marathon by then.....

SCKLM 09 : Running Jitters & Preparations

Hi there , fresh from the oven,,,,ape lar ayng agaknyer fresh tu yer... itu hanya tinggal beberepa hari lagi jer for the big run..konon 42 km ler kan, tapi i masuk 10km jer...itu ler ni gah dok cbuk tgk...keje ada byk x..kalau byk kene lar stay back lagi..mmm

My training goes on but not as consistent as compared to the others, hehe maklum ler , my work sekarang is quite demanding ler...byk jugak paper yang urgent need my attention, but luckily i got an office gym, so that i can access at any point of time, gituss...so late in the evening run , but only 5 km jer...nak jugak lak...lebih..but time constraint lak.... sekarang ni for me to train or workout is an indulgence tau...well aku suka workout lak sekarang ni...hehehe addicted ke aku ni..or may be obsessed kot...wah mcm Beyonce... ke...nope ler...

The training goes like this every evening 5 km in less than 30 minutes on the treadmill 5 days a week if i could ler, then on the weekends , i will make an appoint to run opps.. maybe jog jer kot at Lake Titiwangsa in 2 complete non stop rounds. Sometimes i do couple it up with 2 sets of strenght exercise ...just to boost the figure. Ceh ...wahh.... Well it may not be enough to be another Fahrin ke, Jehan ke, but at least it's a start. Now come to last week of preparation..,i will continue on running as usual but may not be concentrating much on the strength exercise...yeah kan..maleh tul..nak wat , tapi result dia memang gempak..itu lah..mmm

On diet pulak, i just maintain my mimimal calorie intake, so that i x bina lebih lemak ler, entah ler tadi baru jer mkn farewell my ex boss, boleh tahan jugak i melantak but it was fun, chit chatting about our department...itu ini lar,..setiap hari aku akan makan pagi telur, nugget and kekadang tu ade fish tempura, potato chips ler with a piece of white bread makcik aku masak ler, tgh hari lak, i will take a peice of fried chicken+ one dish of vege + half palm size of white rice and mlm tu just milk jer...sbb i will be home quite late....so no heavy laden carbo food for me...... but in betwen i do some snacking ler..tapi cheq makan biskut with lipton tea kekadang overboard jugak ler,,tibai lak cakes sometimes cookies berlebihan hehehe, can't help it lar... tapi aku makan supplement food jugak dlm bentuk pil...25multivit with minerals..itu jer,,yang lain tu mahal sgt ler...isk better count fresh food je lar...

Before any running competition i will always get into jitters mood ehhe..plus overwhelming fear..especially looking at the well built and toned participants ..huuh takut seyyy kekadang i will felt that am i fit enough for this competition ke.... ????

Several of my colleagues and fellow school friends from Melawati will joint the race....wah kalau dok tgk depa nyer thread message in Facebook wow...semangat tul depa....that the way ahahah i like it...mmm itu bestnyer this kind of activities u get to know a lot of people tau...ye lar...i was never the popular type pun at school always the subvert ones..always looking a way to avoid crowd..inferiority complex...i guess that what they called for the type of behaviour...................

so mcm biasa life move on...i will keep on moving on...on ...on...on until i reached my goal in running a Marathon.. so ape lagi guys and girls see u on 28 tau..nak amik racing kits hari Jumaat ni,jumpa lagi yer.......Happy running

My best friend wedding-Ayie

Akhirnya kahwin jugak member aku yang sorang ni...hehhe rase nyer macam tidak percaya ajer... nape yer..biarlah rahsia yer...

aku tidak lah begitu mengenali doa sebagaimana yang lain tapi aku rapat dengan dia....aku doakan agar senantiasa bahagia rumah tangga yang dibina...

anyway the wedding started with akad nikah on the night of 12 june 2009, we arrived in Sabak Bernam, lelelepak and hang around sekejap in our beautiful chalet at haji Dorani.

Photo shoot ckit kat sane kat cni..hehe then Ayie arrive at our chalet. we had quite a brief chat about the wedding and what he is feeling at that moment...well the akad nikah is only a few hours away...well..life as married man is different, ...well if it so hard nobody would ever make it big...right wah gitu katanyer.....well sgt bepengalaman lak kan..mmmm ye lar x kan ler aku nak citer yang brought himself down kan...hehehheee

tibe ler malam nikah yang hening...wah gitu...aku berbaju melayu serba hijau...dah tu lupalak nak bawa butang baju melayu dah klaut dok cari nasib baik kirin ade spare heheh...anyway kami kumpul then off the bride house hengatkan dekat jer...leh thn lar jauh sampai aku pun sesat heheh

Majlis akad nikah itu sangat ringkas....disaksikan oleh kamum keluarga rapat belah perempuan and juga kami dari belah lelaki...susah jugak nak mulakan upacara tu yer...ade ceramah dan the usuall stuff lar kan hak2 isteri dan juga khutbah ckit....wah sgt berpengalaman kan aku ni....hehe itu ler cita cita nak jadi wedding planner ialah may be one day kan....sampai ngantuk aku dibuantnyer dok tunggu lafaz nikah....
tapi ayie wat dalam satu lafaz jer....wah if u could see his face arriving at the bride's house u could tell that this man is shivering to the bones....heheheh
anyway im so proud of him now becoming a complete man....so lepas akad nikah
kami pun makan then off to our chalet

Bersanding day....mmm kan aku ni masuk kandang harimau kene lar mengaum kan..so masuk majlis orang pepandai lar bwk diri....mmm terasa pelik dan terasing pun ade...hehe maybe sbb aku didedahkan dengan tradisi yang berbeza agaknyer....mm nak kata Islamik. majlis adik aku tu pun same.,...kami x de pelamin lagi cuma makan beradab jer...heheh..itu ler lazer lak aku...x pe yang penting nanti kat Tg Malim tu ok...aku menunggu ape lar surprise bapak ayie yer..mmmm

anyway overall the ceremony went well and we all have fun accompanying ayie ...and ayie's family had been very nice to us......tapi itu ler hopeffuly ayie will change his behaviour a bit kan...jangan asyik nak merajuk jer heheh sori ayie....
