Pre-PBIM 09

Thus far, i had not even run 22 km staright yet, gulp...could you believe that, yet...i'm going for 22km..this sunday, alamak...cuwak ler.., i can't seem to find the right stamina to push through the 10km, well for a start i not running out on the road, most of it are on the treadmill, i wish i could just proliferate it on the track but time had always being un kind with me..scarcity as i am in time thus making my training a little bit hay wire ler...10 km pun masih semput lagi dah ler tur...baru atas treadmill tau. I felt so undermine whenever they talk about marathon..kan like to joint them...may u should just be...

am i that ready yet for this upcoming Sunday, is my training suffice or should i add more miles to it,

    get proper pre-race meal, good nite sleep and do stop at the WS la.. itu je kot? ape pun, know when its time to push, and when to slow down lil bit :P

    dont forget, u got Klava next sunday! :P

  3. Manader teksi, bridge tutup. hehehehehe. Nah, you'll be fine. Adrenalin and some gung-ho- ness will carry you thru. Enjoy the bridge! Don't forget to lubricate. Fuel well pre-race, and as much as possible try to eliminate bodily waste before the gun goes off.

  4. Oh, lupa, whatever it is, it's not a smart move to cram in the miles now. Takut injured and excessive fatigue. Have a short one today. Tomorrow mesti rest, saturday as less time on your feet as possible. Nak jenjalan after race.

  5. Haza: "Dont forget to lubricate"… sounds dirty. hahaha.

    Shaqi: My advise to you is to start slow. Don't rush like how others will, run below your HR pace and you'll do OK.

    Is there time limit for PBIM?

  7. kak haza: thanx for tip, instead of running today i flex my muscle playing squash, to boost up my flexibility, same to u, kalau akak jumpa saya just tegur je lar...talk about flush out before race kekadang tu it happens at the flagged off, geram tul...sebelum tu dah puas ler...pergi

    kak kash: thanx for the tip, yes i'll be carrying water bottle plus some ORS just in case

    diket: trail running leh pause kejap..road running...macam cartoon tu kot...laju jer...hehe

  8. Shaqi - all the best in Penang. Listen to these people well - I ran my Penang last year buta2 saja and regretted it (ni main taram je la ni).

    Once you learn to practice what are being said, then you'll be able to enjoy your runs. Have lotsss of fun!
