Perbankan Milage,,,macam tak cukup jer?

mmm...im not clocking enougg hhh milage this week ,baru 17km, mm luckily there is LSD this saturday,terasa semacam takut lak fikirkan it will be 30km along tortorous route ler kan, knowing Pacesetters kan, mmm..unlike Sgpore where the route is almost flat but here around KL, almaklum ler..mesti pusing bukit berkali kali.....itu ler Shaqi, stop complaining and start running...push yourself...mm tapi perut asyik penuh jer biler time lari pancit ckit and M bug ni cbuk ler nak masuk...syuhh syuhh pi main jauh jauh,,,
for the past few days we had been treated with so many snacks in the office...yummy but sometimes i could just be binged...haaa kate nak lean body...mmmm

i been having this mood killers ler every time before run, ape ler na jadi ni....i just had to drag myself ...rase macam malas sangat tapi bile dah lari x nak stop pulak...hehe additive macam ICE,...kene ade training plan...so far my training plan this week...masih lagi on schedule...hehehe on route to that dreamed body,,,heheh leh ke??

i wish i will not be smoked this saturday but i know i will be,,,,,hehehe

  2. takpe Shaqi - just google online for training plans - Runners World, Hal Higdon etc. Put your next target race, i.e. marathon ka, half ka etc, lepas tu they'll map it out for you, and lepas tu ikut je as best as you can.

    I know saying it is easy as compared to actually doing it, but it will give a direction and goal. See you tomorrow, we run slowly togedergeder
