since i kind of injured myself a bit ler kot during my LSD,,lepas tu hentam lak..trail running in Broga, i been very cautious in overusing my leg's muscle...i am thinking of doing just 5 km every day in the morning.jer since i can't afford (malas pun ade gak hehe) the time..to hit the road or the gym in the evening...felt so intimidated looking at Kak Kash nyer training plan fuhh very extensive memeng Pelari Tegar lerr...
May be i should be doing just that...apo ler aku ni isk isk isk... ni tak leh jadi ni! Nak kene tambah kose kude lagi ni...hopefully what i did thus far will be enough for this Sunday...some of them are taking it as an LSD for upcoming PNM wow....Pelari Tegar betul uolzz..
This will be my first 30km ...hopefully i could enjoy the run this Sunday,,,it will be the turning point whether i am ready for my maiden marathon or not......
Bro, don't forget to rest this week & take lots of hydration, carbos before Sunday. Any hard workout by now won't get you any fitter. Ensure you be at the start line injury free. You just make sure you enjoy every second of your run this Sunday. Stop & walk at every water station. No rush. Kita bukan Kenyans. Target : Complete 30k in happy mode. Good luck.
