Gantung Kasut

After reading a few articles on knee injuries, the thought of having to do what i fear most is seakan within sight sahaja, most of my friends whom were actives in sports during their uni years said they had to leave out sports for at least a year, i dont like that at all, today i went to another GP which i think is very much better than the fisrt one i met on Monday , pretty helpful in sharing her views on my situations unlike the first one's 3 min diagnose then came to conclusion u kene tanya pakar ler, oh gitu ler pulak...anyway.. i;ll be referring to a specialist this Friday, bile baca paper pulak there is one woman badminton player went for a surgeries and told to rest for 1 year..wow..that's is long, did i foreseen this in my fun running world ? well i never thought i would cause i'm in it for the fun of it...therefore gantung kasut should not be just yet..

currently, my knees still hurts whenever i walk too much, how much is too much ler kan, i;m not running or climbing stairs ,plus my work does not includes heavy mobility,,,yikes reading and browsing people wrote about how fun it is to  run NB 30km..i felt so intimidated and ashamed, mine left with an injuries ler...well a token of my will to finish cause i'm no quiter,,,No Gantung Kasut for me....

  1. Phew! i thought you are going to gantung kasut. Did u go to Dr William? Is he good or not? I havent got time to go.

  2. Phew! I'm relieve as well & totally respect your spirit bro. Those pains after looong runs are normal. It's a sign to become stronger :)

  3. that's the spirit! Never quit... but take all the precautions now and learn from it. It is ok to be consumed by emotions, but it is also natural to fight back, stronger.

  4. Orang2 Avatar pun macam tu.. mula2 diorang sakit kaki/lutut dulu.. lepas tu.. haaa, terus jadi biru kaki diorang... (hehehe.. kidding).

    Kasut cuma perlu digantung apabila kita hendak mengeringkannya. Berehat seketika semasa kecederaan sebegini adalah perlu, supaya sel otot kembali pulih sepenuhnya sebelum ia digunakan semula.

    Well, every athlete has his/her ups and down, dont feel bad bout that.. u shouldnt. be stronger. we all support u full-hearted. besides, karang aku xde pulak member nak borak time lari :P
