Do. It(eat) .Enough. Though (D.I.E.T) .....The M'sian Way

Tahun ni adalah tahun untuk menurunkan berat badan..kalau boleh ler....akan tetapi , i will always be swarmed with foods..so angan angan mat jenin ler.. nak jugak keting kenyan tur..hehehe...

dah memacan website g checkout tapi kebanyakkan nyer mat saleh nyer style.. dah menjadi satu kepayahan pulak selera nak makan...ape halibut salad..poach salmon..siap sayur dia pun leh thn terbelit jugak ler lidah jawa aku ni nak menyebutnyerr...

Sbb mkn kat luar...i mean during lunch time...u tend to go by the foods that been served at the cafe ...sometimes tu.....sayur haprak pun x de...macam cafe depan opis aku ni...kekadang tu ade...tapi masak lemak ler pulak...terpaksa aku me'strain kan nyer dulu...satu keje lar pulak...

itu ler....bile ler....fitness kat Malaysia ni nak berotakkan Asia or better still Malaysianise it...so that leh ler kite ikut, sume nak kene ikut depa nyer mould susah gak...i do agrees the Westeners are the best in this fields  however when it comes to diet i think it should be personalised ler.....karang meraban lak nak cari ikan Salmon ...sekali..ha amik ubat... pengsan tgk harga sekilo....

itu ler..any suggestion ke? daily nutrition needs or menu for runners.....like me...heheh :)

  2. itu restoran Kashiri, every friday musti serve pasta punya ahaha

    anyway, I pre-pack food from home for my elevenses, lunch, tea, and sometimes dinner (amat jarang sebab mesti dah lemau). It's cleaner and you know exactly what's in it. Most meals have been improvised to be cooked in less than 30 minutes sebab sangatlah penat nak buat kecah2 lepas balik office (I have a super early morning).

    Start easy - sandwiches, roasted chickens, roasted veges etc. Very quick and super easy to do. There's couscous yang versatile, and kalau nasi menjadi pilihan, ada beras faiza herba ponni taj mahal heheheh, kurang kanji...

    tapi kekadang tu, enjoy la your food and eating out. Dieting is not all about restraining and eating in, but eat in moderation and enjoying it. Never deny our cravings coz by the time you crash into it, it will be all too late.

    Worthwhile to know you BMR, and try to do research of the common Asian food (try Kevin Zahri's website). Lepas tu, you'll get use to it (I do not go into counting my calories like crazy coz I have a more important work to do ahaha)

    JUst my 2cent's worth. I lose just 1kg or so per month, so cukup lah for me, but you are not even fat like I was. Tapi kan, you can cucuk2 Ian, dapat professional advice for free hahahah

    p.s: jom lose weight togeder geder, I need to lose 3kg lagi.

  3. bab nak control makan ni mmg susah...boleh pening lalat kalau 3 hari straight x dpt nasi time dinner..hehehe. I was a heavy consumer of meats...red meats n sambal tumis for a long time. Now trying my best to minimise them. Asked wifey buat masak air (masak singgang dan yg sewaktu dengannya) sampai my mom secretly tanya my maid "bapak boleh makan ker masak2 air tu". I'm still overweight based on BMI, need to reduce banyak lagik Kgs nie.

    Syah...kau dah slim aku tgk.

  4. ziff - aku bersyukur seadanya, tapi hasrat hati nak bagi dapat keting kenya dulu ahahah

    ikan singgang memang sedap, campur ikan goreng panas, ulaman, budu pehhh, diet berkecai! heheh

  5. Thanx for the advice Syah, itu ler nak cube sandwich for breakfast then lunch nasi..sempat ke tidak nak masak? chicken and fish plus sayur.. malam selalu confuse , selalunyer i skipped just minum apple juice jer

    as for Kak Kash..good idea..

    Bro Ziff: sedap gak senggang tu..hok T'ganu nyer style..dgn nasi panas potong ckit cili sedap tu...

  6. bro ziff.. me too.. slightly overweight based on the BMI, trying my best to put down the weight. tp kadang2 makan sedap lupa diri pula. i dont really enjoy eating out, tp kalu kat rumah 3 pinggan nasi.. hahha.. when i want to reduce the intake, wifey tanya.. ' tak sedap ke lauk i masak?' aiseh.. :P of guilt and love.. :P
    and my flabby stomach!

    eat healthy la. as long as in moderate portion (yeah rite) :P

    Shaq - ramai org ckap masak senggang style genu. I'd never ever thought of having masak senggang before this, not alone searching for one. Boleh suruh wife masak pasai dia pun ada mention before.

    Che - hati bini nak kene jaga gak kan hehehe. Betul ler, nak makan boleh tp in moderation ler. Dah puas melantak pun before this kan :-)
