I did what i had planned before - to start with a low impact activity, i choose stationary bike, nak dynamic bike x de lak kan, so i guess this would do heheh, i did about 30 minutes cycling , felt that i'm not moving anywhere..yelar that why its called stationary bike ler Shaqi ..oops lupa,
what i means is that it did not have the kind of feeling u had after running, quite surprising that the hurts on my left knee seems to be reducing more and it had become more flexible than before, i'm not pushing myself too much till i'm fully ready , looking at the treadmill seems very tempting and tasty like kid eying for a candy
Itu ler PNM is coming, well my running buddies will be there, hopefully they don't grilled me if i'm late even i'm just doing 20km, run or walk....or may be.....
Shaqi, join the RPM classes. Its invigorating. Its like being a club but instead of sweating on dancing, you sweat on the bike.
